The 17 Sustainable Development Goals, SDGs in short, is 2030 agenda holding development goals from General Assembly of United Nation in 2015. The agenda is considered as number of goals and targets for people, planet and prosperity. The 17 SDGs are included targets of no poverty, zero hunger, good health and well-being, quality of education, gender equality, clean water and sanitation, affordable and clean energy, decent work and economic growth, industry, innovation and infrastructure, reduce inequality, sustainable cities and communities, responsible consumption and production, climate action, life below water, life on land, peace and justice strong institutions, and partnerships to achieve the goal. Been aware that we as human are encountering challenges to sustainable development, we should take the opportunity to assign ourselves to the achievement of global development and ‘win-win’ cooperation for huge attainment to all people, to all countries and to all parts of the world.

Our International SDGs Conference invites the youth, together, to first define and contribute in 17 SDGs, by putting goal number 8: Decent work and Economic Growth as the axis and engaging it with another SDGs that sustain each other. The highlight point of this goal is to promote inclusive and sustainable economic growth, employment and decent work for all along with sustaining other SDGs. Start you path here, to contribute and be the involved youth who achieving the 17 SDGs.

THE 17 SDGS

In 2015, world leaders from 193 countries agreed the sustainable development goals or the 17 SDGs. The 17 SDGs are the world’s new action plan for the next 15 years to eradicate extreme poverty and hunger, fight inequality, tackle climate change, and achieve sustainable development for all.

 

 

 

 

End hunger, achieve food security and improved nutrition and promote sustainable agriculture.

HOW I CAN CONTRIBUTE?

Sustainable Development means that we need to keep three things in mind at once; social progress, economic development, and climate and environment. We need to coordinate all the suistainable dimension

 

 

Promote sustained, inclusive and sustainable economic growth, full and productive employment and decent work for all.

PANEL DISCUSSION

Panel Discussion is exchange of idea from experts and the youth about particular topic regarding to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)

SDGS PRESENTATION

SDGs Presentation is offered for youth who initiatively show and share their idea about related topics to other as the resolution in achieving SDGs agenda.

DISCUSSION FORUM

Discussion Forum is an interactive dialogue between the youth to evolve their resolution for starting, contributing, and achieving SDGs.

  • The Youth are 17 to 25 years old either high school
    or university student (fresh graduates are very welcomed)
  • Interesting on SDGs
  • Having commitment to contribute on SDGs Agenda
  • The youth coming from all over the world
  • Strongly desire to learn
  • Healthy
ACSIEN SDGS AWARDS

ACSIEN established criteria for evaluating youth performance involved in the SDGs support. For them who truly excel in the conference and SDGs action, ACSIEN will value the recognition several youths as following awards:

TIMELINE REGISTRATION

Registration Form

The youth are advised to do campaign, provide accurate information about their personal data and motivation to get involved in the international conference. Brilliant answer related to the topic are obligatory.

Announcement

The committee will announce the selected youth and them with representative idea to get involved and present their idea in the conference through ACSIEN official website and email.

Payment

You are advised to do the payment based on the time given by the committe.

Coaching and Paper Preparation

The selected youth will have brief coaching session from the committee before the international conference and preparing the youth paper for being presented in the SDGs conference.

International Conference

The international conference will be arranged by upholding 17 SDGs number #8: Decent Work and Economic Growth.

Award

The committee will award the selected Youth in Awarding Session. And the selected paper will be uploaded and published in ACSIEN website.
